We've started seeing this "Failed to open local file" with one particular project lately. It's also a hit-and-miss error. The step that is failing is after the FTP connection is closed, move the downloaded files to an archive folder. Looking at the sub-error logs, I also see "status=4" next to this error.
Any ideas?
