Is there a way for Web Users to see when they send a Secure Mail without assistance from a GoAnywhere Admin reviewing the Audit Logs for them?
To see what Secure Mails have been sent, log into GoAnywhere MFT as a Web User from a browser and select Secure Mail. You can then select Sent Items on the left side of the screen. This will display all the sent emails from your account. To find the most current emails you can sort the “Sent On” column or page down to the last page. When looking at your sent emails you can select the Action Gear for that email and select View Details. This will take you to the View Package Details page with additional information on the contents sent. On the Activity Tab under the File(s) section you can see who downloaded the files and when.
