From the Active Job screen, see if you can show the "Stack Trace" of the job. If so, please copy this into a Text File and send it to my attention at Support@Linoma.com
so that we can understand where the job got "Hung".
Once you have the copy of the Stack Trace, try stopping/restarting your GAD service, then reviewing the Active Jobs again. At that point it should go away. If not, please let us know.
