I've run into an issue where a client cannot access our site via MAC OS X 10.9.1, which I'm totally unfamiliar with. It appears to be a Java related issue but since I'm not familiar with OS X I thought I'd post it here.
OS - OS X 10.9.1, Safari 7.0.1 with Java 7_51.
User can connect and see all folders. User traverses folders and downloads a file. After the download the user sometimes gets an error when going back up to the root folder "working directory "name of folder here" does not exist". This is inconsistent.
Also, when the user, via the Enhanced interface, tries to right click and download a file, they receive an error message stating "operation not permitted" which is on the client side.
I've tried uninstalling Java and resetting the security. I've tried adding the HTTPS site to the java security but I'm at a loss as to where else to look. I also scanned through the GA documentation but couldn't find anything regarding MAC & Java at the client level.
Greatly appreciate any suggestions!
