User password reset

Is there a way to set up user password reset? Sort of like a "forgot password" option and have it emailed to yourself? For "web users".

Under the Service Manager, there's an option under the Preferences | Web Client | User Interface that allows you to turn on the "Enable Forgotten Password" link with your Web Clients.
