Conformance Status for GoAnywhere

GoAnywhere recognizes international standards when assessing and documenting the accessibility of its products and services. Currently, GoAnywhere adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level A and AA published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Accessibility 508 Standards issued by the U.S. Access Board.

GoAnywhere is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

Additional Accessibility Considerations

GoAnywhere is migrating the user interface to a common Fortra UI platform that uses React and this will bring the level of conformance to a higher standard.

Measures to support accessibility:

  • Increase awareness and understanding of disabilities and accessibility within GoAnywhere through training, a resource library, and events.
  • Provide employees with the technical training needed to design, develop, and deliver accessible products and documentation.
  • Develop and implement policies and guidelines to evaluate accessibility and usability of applicable digital assets.
  • Integrate accessibility best practices into the design process of our products and services to that accessibility and usability are considered from the outset and maintained throughout development.

Feedback can be general or specific, but providing more details such as the date, the name of the webpage, product, service, or application involved may make it easier for us to understand your concerns.
