Browser Compatibility

The GoAnywhere MFT Administrator and Web Client interface's require modern internet browsers that support HTML 5.

Popular browsers are supported including:

  • Microsoft Edge
  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Safari
  • Brave

Please note that some HTML 5 advanced features, such as drag and drop, will not work in older versions of browsers.

Supported Databases

The GoAnywhere database can utilize (connect to) one of the following database types for storing its configuration settings and application data:

  • DB2/400 (IBM i) - V7R5 and later
  • Derby (Embedded) - 10.15.2.1 (preferred Derby database version)
  • Derby (Network) - 10.15.2.1 (preferred Derby database version)
  • Microsoft SQL Server - SQL Server 2019 and later
  • MySQL - 8.4 and later
  • MariaDB versions 10.6 and later
  • Oracle - 19c and later
  • PostgreSQL 14.23 and later
