GoAnywhere MFT's intuitive interface and comprehensive workflow features will help to eliminate the need for custom programs, scripts, single function tools, and manual processes that were traditionally needed. This innovative solution will reduce costs, improve the quality of your file transfers, and help your organization to comply with data security policies and regulations.

GoAnywhere installs to a variety of platforms including Windows, Linux, Unix, IBM i, and more. Installing GoAnywhere MFT on Windows is effortless, with support for all versions of Windows. GoAnywhere comes pre-bundled with everything you need and does not require Windows IIS, Microsoft Clustering or any other software for you to install.

Double click the executable and the Wizard will launch. Click through the Wizard to configure the software. The GoAnywhere administrator is displayed once the software is installed. Click the "Get License" button and log in to the GoAnywhere customer portal. If you haven't created a customer portal account, you can do so now. Once logged in, you will be directed to the activate license page where you can click the "activate" button next to a seven day trial license. After your license is applied, you will be prompted to create your first administrator account that will be used to manage the GoAnywhere software.

Log in to GoAnywhere with the credentials you just created. Once installed, you can set up your admin users for managing the system, configure your file transfer and collaboration services and enable web users who transfer and share files. GoAnywhere MFT includes a robust set of user management features, enabling trading partners and employees to collaborate and manage their file transfers. These user accounts can authenticate against Microsoft Active Directory, allowing users to use their existing network credentials. GoAnywhere can also synchronize users and groups in Active Directory to automate user creation and management.

GoAnywhere can connect to a variety of databases to export or import data, including Microsoft SQL Server. For example, the project can extract data from SQL Server and place the contents into a file. Then the project could encrypt or compress the data and store it on the network or distribute the file to a remote server. GoAnywhere can also use Microsoft SQL Server to store product configuration and audit log information.

GoAnywhere supports clustered SQL Server environments and can optionally use Windows Integrated Security for authentication. GoAnywhere can also execute native Windows commands and batch scripts. It has a built in scheduler to execute projects on a scheduled basis or it can work with a Windows built in scheduler.

Secure Mail allows your employees to send messages and files as secure packages on an ad hoc basis. With the provided Outlook plugin, users will compose the message in Microsoft Outlook as normal. When ready to send the email, the user clicks the "send Secure Mail" button to pass the message through the GoAnywhere MFT Secure Mail module. Rules can be set to automatically use Secure Mail whenever the user sends large attachments using Outlook's send button.

The GoDrive sync client for Windows allows your users to easily share files without losing control of your sensitive data. With GoDrive, files and folders can be easily shared between users with advanced collaboration features, including file revision tracking, commenting, trash bin, media viewer, and synchronization with Windows devices.
