What’s New in FileCatalyst 3.7.2

After a lot of hard work, FileCatalyst introduced a new update to our flagship solution, FileCatalyst Direct, with the release of version 3.7.2. The announcement was a very proud moment for the company, and FileCatalyst Direct 3.7.2 has garnered a lot of positive feedback since its release in April of 2018.

This webinar, hosted by FileCatalyst’s Co-Founder and President John Tkaczewski, was given as an announcement of the new release. John begins by outlining who FileCatalyst is as a company, then goes on to explain what FileCatalyst Direct is, the new features included with version 3.7.2, and an all-encompassing demo of the new features. He concludes with an engaging question period where he answers questions that live attendees had during the webinar.

What & How

FileCatalyst Direct makes large file transfers a breeze by turning transfer times that once took hours into minutes – regardless of the files size, format, or transfer distance. FileCatalyst Direct is a suite of client and server applications that accelerate point-to-point transfers, providing speeds of up to 10 Gbps. We achieve out fast file transfer speeds through a patented, built in-house UDP-based file transfer technology that is immune to the effects of packet loss and latency on a network. FileCatalyst Direct 3.7.2 has over 30 new features (visit our release notes for the details). Some of the highlights for FileCatalyst Direct 3.7.2 include:

  • HTML Admins
  • HTTP Uploader
